Althea Medical Journal

Althea Medical Journal is an online journal published since February 2014 (e-ISSN 2337-4330) by the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. 

Althea Medical Journal is indexed in major databases, including Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Rank 2, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and SCOPUS.

The journal is published quarterly (March, June, September, and December). Althea Medical Journal, which previously publishes articles related to research in the fields of biomedical science, clinical medicine, family-community medicine, and public health, since March 2024 has only accepted articles related to aging-related diseases, wellness, and healthy lifestyle which includes neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, immune system disorders, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Now Welcoming Systematic Reviews

  

The Althea Medical Journal (AMJ) is pleased to announce that we are now accepting systematic review articles for publication consideration.

We welcome high-quality submissions focusing on topics related to:

1. Aging-related diseases (including neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal disorders)

2. Wellness and preventive health

3. Healthy lifestyle interventions that promote longevity and well-being

Systematic reviews play a critical role in synthesizing scientific evidence and guiding clinical practice and public health policy. Authors are encouraged to adhere to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines when preparing their manuscripts.
