Korelasi Nilai Platelets to Lymphocyte Ratio dengan Length of Stay ICU pada Pasien Sepsis

Abstract


Sepsis merupakan kondisi mengancam jiwa yang ditandai adanya disfungsi organ yang disebabkan oleh disregulasi respons imun terhadap infeksi. Pada sepsis dapat terjadi respons inflamasi yang tidak terkendali atau imunosupresi. Trombosit dan limfosit memainkan peran penting dalam proses imun dan rasionya dapat menggambarkan derajat keparahan pasien sepsis. Perawatan pasien sepsis di ICU seringkali membutuhkan waktu yang lama, tergantung pada keparahan penyakit dan topangan organ yang dibutuhkan pasien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami mencoba mengevaluasi korelasi nilai Platelets to Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) dengan lama rawat ICU pada pasien sepsis di ICU. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional kuantitatif retrospekstif pada pasien sepsis yang dirawat di ICU RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada bulan Januari-Desember 2022. Uji Pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara nilai PLR dengan lama rawat pasien sepsis di ICU. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk mendapatkan persamaan prediksi antara nilai PLR dengan lama rawat pasien di ICU. Sebanyak 102 data rekam medis pasien sepsis diamati dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis statistik nilai PLR terhadap lama rawat ICU diperoleh r=0,611 (p≤0,001). Dari regresi linear sederhana didapatkan prediksi lama rawat ICU=(0,11xnilai PLR)–7,96 hari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat korelasi positif antara nilai PLR dan lama rawat pasien sepsis di ICU.
