Our journal website recently experienced a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access. The technical team is currently restoring the system, reviewing its security, and upgrading the journal platform to provide a safer and more reliable service.

During this recovery period, manuscript submissions, revised manuscripts, reviewer reports, and supporting documents may be sent by email to the appropriate journal editorial office listed below.

If the recovery process requires more than three days, we will provide a further update as soon as possible.
